From sign-up to every device protected.
Everything happens online. Most businesses have their first devices protected within minutes of signing up.
Choose a plan
Pick Defend, Defend Plus or Complete, any add-ons, and roughly how many devices you have. You see your monthly estimate before you sign up.
Sign up and pay
Create your account, or sign up with your Microsoft work account, and set up a Direct Debit or card. Nothing is taken today: we bill monthly in arrears.
Your Falcon console is created
Your own CrowdStrike environment is set up automatically, with sensible prevention policies switched on and an admin login sent to you.
Install the agent
Download the installer for Windows, macOS or Linux from your control panel, or deploy to every device through Microsoft Intune with the ready-made package.
Watch devices appear
Each device shows up in your control panel as it reports in, so you can see what is protected and what is missing.
Manage it yourself
Add devices, change plan, switch add-ons on or off, invite your IT provider and download invoices, all from your control panel.
First-line support
What we look after, and what we do not.
Being clear about this up front avoids disappointment later.
Included on every plan
- Falcon console set-up and prevention policies
- Rolling out the agent and removing old antivirus
- Agents that will not install, update or report in
- Questions about the console and what an alert means
- Adding and removing devices, users and add-ons
- Billing and licence questions
- All raised and tracked from your control panel
Not included
- Investigating or responding to security alerts (CrowdStrike does this on Complete)
- General IT support for your business
- Incident recovery work, such as rebuilding systems after an attack
Coffee Cup Solutions provides full managed IT support separately, if you want it.
Already have an IT provider?
We work alongside them.
Many of our customers already have an IT company. Invite them from your control panel and they get their own login to your Falcon console, so they see and act on alerts while we handle licences, billing and agent support.
