Add-ons
Add to any plan.
Each add-on can be switched on or off month to month. Prices per device, per month, ex VAT, unless shown.
Identity Protection
Detects and stops account takeover in Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory, and can require MFA when a sign-in looks wrong. Strongest where you still run on-premises Active Directory.
AI Agent Security
Falcon Guardian. Shows the AI agents and coding assistants running on your devices, what they access, and blocks those you have not approved. Newly released by CrowdStrike.
Vulnerability Management
Falcon Spotlight. Missing patches and vulnerable software on every device, from the agent you already have.
Asset Discovery
Falcon Discover. Finds devices, applications and accounts on your network that are not protected or not known about.
Mobile
Falcon for iOS and Android. Detects phishing and risky apps on company phones.
Data Protection
Stops sensitive files leaving by USB, web upload or personal cloud storage.

Billing questions
How billing works.
What counts as a device?
Any laptop, desktop or server running the Falcon agent during the month. Phones are only counted if you add Mobile.
How is the monthly bill worked out?
At the end of each month we bill on the number of devices that ran Falcon that month, at your plan's price, plus any add-ons. Invoices are in GBP and can be paid by Direct Debit or card.
Can we change plan?
Yes, from your control panel. Upgrades apply straight away; downgrades from the start of next month.
How do we stop?
Cancel from your control panel. Protection runs to the end of the month, and the uninstall steps are in your control panel.
